I’ve helped people and communities pause, reflect, honour the impacts of change forced upon them and discover the strangely wrapped gifts within, so they could move forward with power, purpose and renewed energy.
I also host regular public events that provide an opportunity to have a transformational experience as an introduction to the deeper work I do with those enrolled in one of my programs.
Foundational Programs
The Living Inside Out program is a group coaching program delivered virtually and open to anyone across the globe. This is a program of self-discovery that changes our relationships with ourselves, with the world around us, and propels us towards our goals. It is the practice of developing a sacred mindset so that in the face of extraordinary difficulty or complexity in service to others, we can stay healthy, stay present, in our work and in our lives and avoid the dreaded burnout.
Sacred, meaning worthy of great respect and reverence. Mindset, meaning your inner landscape; the origin of everything you are and aspire to be. The only thing we truly have any influence over is our inner landscape, and when we attend to it as thoughtfully and lovingly as we do our bodies, our relationships, our purpose, we thrive, and our service to others flourishes.

Humanitarian Courses
Leadership in Human Services
Participants work through 8 modules exploring the relationship between personal and professional leadership, social location, praxis, communication and collaboration, management basics, the continuum of human change, group facilitation and philosophy of practice. This course is adaptable to the needs of the agency, and the social, cultural and religious norms of each context.
Internally Guided Social Change in Humanitarian Intervention
Participants develop knowledge, skills and awareness of how to work with the beliefs, values and norms in context to succeed in reaching program goals while ensuring ethical, decolonized humanitarian practice.
Localization in Humanitarian Practice
Participants learn how to coach, mentor and support the growth and development of local practitioners while simultaneously managing programs, thereby ensuring decolonized practice.
Human Service Foundations for Humanitarian Practitioners
Participants learn foundational knowledge, skills and self-awareness to stay well working in unstable environments.
